x111g Platform Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between x111g ("x111g", "we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual who registers an account, accesses, browses, or uses any part of the x111g platform accessible at x111g.org and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces ("the Platform", "the Service").

x111g operates an online gaming and sports betting platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, arcade-style games (including Royal Fishing), cricket and sports betting markets, and associated PKR wallet services. The Platform is operated by x111g under an international gaming licence, which governs the legality and conduct of all gaming operations.

By completing registration of an x111g account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them without reservation;
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You understand the nature of online gambling and accept that all gaming outcomes involve financial risk;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• The funds you deposit on the Platform are not proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity.

These Terms are supplemented by x111g's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may be published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional document, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional document explicitly states otherwise.

Access to x111g and registration of an account is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. x111g enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services on the Platform. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals who lack legal capacity to contract are not permitted to register an account.
• Single Account: Each individual person may hold only one (1) registered x111g account. Opening, attempting to open, or operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. x111g reserves the right to verify all information provided.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion arrangement with x111g or any other gaming platform. Attempting to register during an active self-exclusion period is a violation of these Terms.
• Not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP): You confirm that you are not a Politically Exposed Person as defined under applicable anti-money laundering regulations, unless you have disclosed this status to x111g and received explicit written approval to register.

As an x111g account holder, you bear full responsibility for the security of your account credentials and all activity conducted through your account. The following obligations apply to all registered users on a continuous basis:

• You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your x111g account that is not used on any other platform or service. x111g strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number.
• You are responsible for all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and other actions taken through your account, regardless of whether those actions were authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify x111g immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
• You must ensure that the personal and financial information registered on your account remains accurate and up to date at all times. You must promptly notify x111g of any changes to your contact details, payment methods, or personal information.
• You must not allow any third party to use your x111g account, make deposits or withdrawals on your behalf, or place bets through your account. Account sharing or account access by proxy is strictly prohibited.
• You must not access x111g using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner, except as explicitly permitted by x111g in writing.

x111g employs SSL encryption, real-time fraud detection, and session monitoring to help protect your account. However, account security ultimately depends on you maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. x111g accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure.

x111g supports a range of Pakistan-native and international payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions on the Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion and no hidden foreign exchange charges on any x111g transaction.

Accepted Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard debit and credit cards. x111g may add or remove payment methods from time to time; the current list of accepted methods is displayed in the x111g Wallet section at the time of transaction.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on x111g is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. x111g reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits, with notice published on the Platform.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete in under 60 seconds. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) typically complete within 1–4 hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 24–48 hours. x111g does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Verification Requirements: x111g is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents will result in withdrawal processing delays or suspension until verification is complete.

• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name matching your x111g account details.
• x111g reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the original payment method if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
• x111g does not accept deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity. Any such deposits will be refused and may be reported to relevant authorities.

x111g offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Pakistan's cultural calendar — including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Ramadan specials, and PSL season promotions. All x111g promotions are designed to be culturally respectful and appropriate for the Pakistani market.

The following general terms apply to all x111g bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotional document explicitly states otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible x111g account holders who meet the specific requirements stated in each promotional offer. x111g reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, verification status, location, or other criteria at its sole discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms. Wagering requirements must be met within any stated time limits.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The game contribution schedule for each active promotion is published in the relevant promotional terms. Cricket and sports betting wagers may have different contribution percentages than casino game wagers.
• Abuse Prevention: x111g employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, exploiting loopholes, coordinating with other accounts, and any other form of gaming the bonus system. Evidence of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, x111g operates a one active bonus at a time policy. A new bonus offer cannot be claimed while a previous bonus is still subject to active wagering requirements.
• Ramadan & Eid Promotions: x111g's seasonal promotions during Ramadan and Eid are offered in the spirit of cultural celebration. These promotions are entirely optional and will never be presented as an obligation or inducement to increase gambling spend during religious observance periods.

All bets placed on x111g are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — cricket betting, sports betting, casino games, slots, live dealer tables, or Royal Fishing. Product-specific rules are published within each section of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The following general rules apply across all x111g betting and gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. x111g does not accept cancellation requests for bets after confirmation, except as required by applicable rules (e.g., abandonment of a cricket match under the applicable cricket betting rules).
• x111g reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at odds or stakes that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your PKR wallet.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game round or betting session, x111g will resolve the affected round in accordance with its technical malfunction policy, which is available on request from our support team.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by product: cricket and sports betting from Rs 100; live casino tables from Rs 50; slots from Rs 10; Royal Fishing from Rs 20. Maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of placing the bet.
• x111g reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or game round where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the payout would be manifestly disproportionate to the stake placed.
• All casino game outcomes at x111g are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. x111g does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x111g and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or at any point during your use of the Platform;
• Registering multiple accounts or operating accounts on behalf of other individuals;
• Any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information about live dealer games, coordinating bets to exploit casino rules, or engaging in chip dumping on poker-style products;
• Using software, bots, artificial intelligence, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting technical errors, platform bugs, or misconfigured odds to place bets that x111g would not have offered under normal operating conditions;
• Money laundering, depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the x111g platform to convert, transfer, or conceal proceeds of unlawful conduct;
• Abusing the x111g bonus system, including creating accounts for the sole purpose of claiming welcome bonuses, coordinating with other accounts to abuse referral programmes, or reverse-engineering wagering requirement calculations to exploit offer terms;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, x111g's internal systems, or any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Any conduct that x111g reasonably determines to constitute fraud, deception, or manipulation directed at x111g or any other user of the Platform.

x111g employs a dedicated fraud and integrity team that monitors Platform activity around the clock. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically by our systems and reviewed manually by the integrity team. We cooperate fully with Pakistani authorities and international law enforcement agencies on matters of fraud, money laundering, and financial crime.

All content on the x111g Platform — including but not limited to the x111g brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, user interface, software, game assets, written content, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of x111g or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By using the x111g Platform, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or broadcast any x111g content in any format or medium without prior written authorisation from x111g;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any x111g software;
• Create derivative works based on x111g's content, interface, or software;
• Use x111g's name, logo, or branding in any commercial context, advertising material, or third-party website without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of x111g's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable law, and x111g reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in respect of such violations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x111g's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your x111g account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x111g expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform, whether resulting from game outcomes, betting results, or any other wagering activity;
• Interruptions to service availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, telecommunications failures, power outages, or force majeure events;
• Loss of data, account history, or transaction records arising from technical failures beyond x111g's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation.

The x111g Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". x111g makes no warranty — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of information displayed on the Platform, or the uninterrupted availability of the service. x111g does not guarantee the accuracy of odds, game outcome displays, or account balance displays in the event of a technical error; in all such cases, the server-side records maintained by x111g shall be the authoritative reference.

x111g is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered users in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the x111g Privacy Policy, which is published at x111g.org/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an x111g account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, without limitation, the use of your data for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and — where you have provided explicit consent — marketing communications.

x111g will never sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. We share data with third parties only where necessary for the operation of the Platform — including payment processors such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Pakistani banking partners — and in all cases subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

You have the right to request access to the personal data x111g holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data in circumstances where x111g is no longer legally required to retain it. Data rights requests should be submitted to [email protected].

x111g takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we are committed to providing tools that help our players maintain control over their gaming activity. x111g's Responsible Gaming Policy is published separately at x111g.org/responsible-gaming and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• Gambling involves financial risk and is not a reliable method of generating income;
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your gambling activity remains within limits that are comfortable and affordable for you;
• x111g provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools — all accessible from your account settings — and you are encouraged to use these tools if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic;
• x111g enforces a strict 21+ age restriction and will close any account determined to belong to a person under 21 years of age;
• You must not use the Platform if you are experiencing financial hardship, if you have been diagnosed with a gambling disorder, or if you are subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with x111g or any other gaming platform.

x111g reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where x111g has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes;
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information;
• The account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform or other users;
• x111g is required to do so by applicable law, a court order, or a directive from a regulatory authority.

In the event of account closure due to a violation of these Terms, x111g reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance, bonus funds, pending withdrawals, and unredeemed promotional rewards. Where account closure is not due to any fault of the account holder (for example, in the case of voluntary closure), any verified balance remaining in the PKR wallet will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

You may close your x111g account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Active wagering requirements on bonus funds at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

x111g reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by publishing an updated version of this document on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date, and where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address or via in-platform messaging.

Your continued use of the x111g Platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing policies that do not change their substantive effect, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without specific notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which x111g's international gaming licence is issued.

In the event of a dispute between you and x111g, you are encouraged to first contact x111g's customer support team via live chat or at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. x111g will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly through direct communication.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process available under x111g's applicable gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available from x111g's customer support team on request.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction. x111g does not seek to exclude any rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
